| Hydrotherm's
packaged Water Temperature Control Units circulate water through the process like press,
calender, mills, kettle, reactor, oven, dryers. TCU consists of Circulating Pump, Water
Cooler and/or Heater and Control Valves. |
| The heat source is
generally Thermal Oil / Hot Water / Steam from the primary circuit. Hydrotherm TCU's
operate automatically. They include necessary controls. TCU's are available for heating
alone as well as heating / cooling application. TCU's have their own Compression Tank. For
Multiple TCU's common Compression Tank could be connected with the flexibility of
isolating any TCU for maintenance while others are operating. |
| Typically used for
reactors, cold presses, calenders, mills, molds, heat exchangers........ sized for
production plants, pilot plant or laboratory use. |
